Thank you for purchasing from WANYIDA. This Return Policy explains how returns and refunds work for purchases made through Amazon and for purchases made through our website.

1) Purchases Made on Amazon

If you purchased a WANYIDA product on Amazon, your return and refund request is handled according to Amazon’s return policies and procedures.

  • Please initiate your return through your Amazon order page (Your Orders → Return or Replace Items).
  • If you need product support (troubleshooting, missing parts, or warranty assistance), contact us via Amazon Messages for the fastest response.

2) Purchases Made on Our Website

If you purchased directly from wanyida.shop, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item must be in the original packaging (when possible).
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items (if applicable):

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
  • Gift cards or downloadable products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.

3) How to Start a Return

Email us at info@wanyida.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged/defective)

We will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization.

4) Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item upon arrival), we will provide a solution such as a replacement, refund, or (when applicable) a prepaid return option.
  • For other returns (e.g., changed mind), the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by law.

5) Damaged, Defective, or Missing Parts

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order information. We will work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.

6) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (or confirm the issue), we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary by payment provider (typically 3–10 business days).

7) Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
