It does what is supposed to do, it feels good, I recommend getting a product like this. If price is a primary concern get this one. It is prefectly fine, and doesn’t show any signs of wearing out. I don’t regret buying it for a second. But it could be better. In particular as the strap passes over the ball of my foot it has a tendency to shift side to side because the foam around my foot is fairly thin. I have to be careful how I strap it on to make sure it’s centered. The pull strap is comfortable seatbelt-style material, very strong, but a little slippery and hard to grip except at the loops. A great product for the price point, but next time I’m going to spend a little more. Maybe see if this brand has a “premium” version.

My Chiro recommended that I use a neck pillow for my neck and shoulder pain. I bought this on Amazon, brought it to the Chiropractor, and was approved. Using this daily for at least 3 mins greatly improved the pain. I’ve been using it for months and it is still the same shape. Very sturdy and you are able to adjust the height. The tightness and pain are gone…and it will stay away if I remember to use this device.

The NECK STRETCHER EXERCISER is a big help in relief of chronic neck pain. For me, mine is related to sitting all day at a computer and strain of these muscles. For me using daily for a few minutes, relieves the strained neck muscle groups. What a relief ! It is quality made with an enclosed carrying case. The manual is very clear with the different muscle areas to work on. Always review instruction booklet and review again after a few days to keep yourself on track. I am so grateful I obtained this simple to follow, well made, quality neck stretcher. Please check with your physician before starting anything new.
